1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) are intended to govern the legal relationship arising from the registration and participation of medical and aesthetic professionals (hereinafter, the “Professional”) in the 4th EDITION – TOSKANI AESTHETIC MEDICINE CONFERENCE (TAM LATAM 2026), organized by TOSKANI, SL (hereinafter, the “Organizer”) and to be held from September 20 to 23, 2026, at the JW Marriott Turnberry, Miami, USA (hereinafter, the “Conference”).
The completion of registration for the Conference through the official platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms (hereinafter, the “Booking”), these two documents together constituting the “Agreement.”
Hereinafter, the Organizer and the Professional may be referred to jointly as the “Parties” and individually and interchangeably as a “Party.”
Given the professional nature of the Conference, the Professional declares that they are acting within the scope of their business or professional activity, and the application of consumer protection regulations shall be excluded in those aspects reserved for end consumers.
2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
The Conference is intended exclusively for physicians and aesthetic medicine professionals. The Organizer reserves the right to request documentary evidence of professional qualifications at any time. Any misrepresentation regarding professional status shall entitle the Organizer to terminate these Terms immediately, without any right to a refund of amounts paid.
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or close the registration period early if the venue’s maximum capacity is reached before the scheduled closing date. Any modification in this regard shall be duly announced on the official Conference website, where the corresponding information will be published for the attention of interested parties.
3. REGISTRATION PROCESS AND FEES
Advance booking is required in order to attend the Conference, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organizer in writing.
Registration shall be completed exclusively by electronic means. The applicable fees are:
- Individual Attendance: $3,000 (per person).
- Double Attendance: $4,900 (same room, 2 persons).
The price includes:
- Full scientific program (September 21–22).
- Access to the Live Cadaver Lab (Dr. Henry Macotela).
- Three (3) nights’ accommodation at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa (September 20–23).
- Full-board meal plan (breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner).
- Special events: Havana Dinner (September 21) and Gala Dinner (September 22).
- Resort fee, applicable taxes, and charges.
The total reservation amount must be paid in advance.
Accepted payment methods are Visa and MasterCard credit cards, and bank transfer.
Once the booking has been completed and payment has been successfully processed, the Organizer shall send an email confirmation of the booking.
If the Professional requires a standard invoice for the booking made, they must contact (administracion@toskani.com), requesting an invoice and attaching the booking confirmation.
4. NON-CANCELLATION POLICY AND NO REFUNDS
Once payment has been completed and registration confirmed, no cancellations, withdrawals, or refunds of the amount paid shall be permitted for reasons attributable to the Professional, regardless of the cause alleged by the Professional (except as provided in the Force Majeure clause).
Likewise, changes of dates or modifications to the registration modality are not permitted once processed. The Professional acknowledges that failure to attend the Conference, for any reason not attributable to the Organizer, shall not give rise to any right to compensation or to the application of the amount paid toward future editions.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure shall mean any unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstance beyond the control of the Parties, including, but not limited to, strikes, failures in third-party supplies or transportation systems, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, labor disputes, sabotage, acts, omissions, or interventions of any government or governmental agency, and any other causes recognized under applicable law, which prevent the Conference from being held.
In the event of force majeure, the Organizer may choose to:
- Propose an alternative date for the Conference. Existing registrations shall remain valid for the new date.
- If the Conference ultimately cannot be held, the registration fee shall be refunded, less administrative expenses and non-recoverable costs already incurred by the Organizer.
6. MODIFICATIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to: (i) change the venue within Miami or an equivalent area; (ii) adjust the schedule of sessions and/or the duration of the Conference; (iii) modify hospitality-related arrangements due to availability of Third-Party Providers; and (iv) make changes to the panel of speakers or the order of scientific sessions for justified reasons (speaker illness, transportation issues, etc.), while always ensuring an equivalent level of quality.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
All scientific content, presentations, videos, and materials provided during the Conference are the exclusive property of TOSKANI, SL or their respective authors. Therefore:
- Recording (in whole or in part) any presentations using mobile devices or professional cameras without express authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Educational materials are provided solely for the Professional’s personal and professional use, and their reproduction, distribution, or public communication is prohibited.
8. LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DUTY OF ASSISTANCE
The Professional acknowledges and accepts that the organization of the Conference involves the contracting of various ancillary services provided by third-party entities independent from the Organizer (hereinafter, the “Third-Party Providers”), including, but not limited to: accommodation services (JW Marriott Turnberry), catering, transportation, audiovisual services, security services, as well as the participation of external speakers and experts.
Accordingly, the Organizer shall not assume any liability whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, or secondary, for any damages, losses, or claims arising from changes, delays, cancellations, or total or partial breaches attributable to such Third-Party Providers in the performance of their respective services. Any claim arising from defective performance of such services must be directed exclusively against the responsible Third-Party Provider.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a material disruption or breach by a Third-Party Provider affecting essential services included in the registration (such as accommodation or the scientific program), the Organizer undertakes to act with due diligence in order to:
- Inform the Professional of the incident as soon as reasonably possible.
- Use its best efforts to relocate the Professional to services of an equivalent category and nature to those originally contracted, provided availability and logistical circumstances permit.
- Provide, where appropriate, reasonable alternative arrangements that ensure the continuity and quality of the Conference.
The provision of such alternatives shall constitute an obligation of means and not an obligation of result. The Organizer shall be released from any liability if, despite acting with the diligence of a reasonable professional, it proves impossible to secure an equivalent alternative due to circumstances beyond its control, lack of service availability at the destination, or force majeure events. Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be liable for loss of profits or indirect damages resulting from such modifications.
9. DATA PROTECTION AND IMAGE RIGHTS
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), the Professional’s personal data shall be processed by the Organizer for the management of the Conference, the reservation of accommodation at the hotel where the Conference is held, and, where authorized, the sending of professional information, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
The Professional is hereby informed that photographs and audiovisual recordings will be taken during the Conference for the promotion of future editions and dissemination through the Organizer’s corporate channels, without territorial limitation. By accepting these Terms, the Professional grants, free of charge, authorization for the capture and use of their image for these purposes.
10. COMMUNICATIONS

11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms and the Agreement shall remain unaffected. The Parties shall negotiate in good faith a new clause that is valid, effective, and enforceable in order to replace the invalid provision, preserving as closely as possible the original intent of the Parties.
12. GOVERNING LAW. JURISDICTION AND VENUE
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. The Parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of Barcelona, Spain.
